Agree with masnas.
Swiss can also show their concern abt the escalating violence by donating some of their quality weaponry systems to the SL military in order to achieve a "scorched earth" result in the noreastern region of the island in the coming days/weeks/months.
This will aid in the wiping out of the terrorist infestations in these areas and liberate the noreastern peoples.

Switzerland should act first in Swezerland before they go to Srilanka. I mean that they should stop the funderising in Sweetzerland and EU for terrorism in Srilanka. This will make a first pressure for LTT to come to the negotiation table.
GOSL can distroy the LTT now if they concentrate Vanni together with Karuna, but they still beleave a political solution at the same time LTT have not strong support from tamils in the world.
All armed group include LTT should be disarmed, corrubtion must be funished highly and make a democratic Srilanka.
