[b]Islamabad, 21 April, (Asiantribune.com):[/b] Seven Pakistani security personnel were killed and twenty-six others injured when miscreants fired at their vehicles on a road in the North Waziristan Agency near the Pak- Afghan border.

Pakistan Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao said that the miscreants fired at three vehicles of the Frontier Constabulary FC on Thursday morning when the convoy was heading towards Razmak from Miranshah. He said eighteen injured persons have been shifted to Bannu.

Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao said that reinforcements have been sent to the area to clear it from the miscreants.

The attackers used rockets and other weapons to target the convoy of security forces when it was passing a mountainous Sarobi area.
