Secretary Kerry to visit Lanka on May 2

Colombo, 26 April, (Asiantribune.com):

United States Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on May 2 on a two-day visit.

According to unofficial sources, Kerry is due to tour several other countries in close proximity to Sri Lanka after his trip here.

The top US official is expected in the country following an invitation extended by the External Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera during his visit to the US in mid February.
