The second General Court Martial (GCM-2) probing Hicorp procurement malpractices allegations against former Army Chief, Sarath Fonseka was yesterday (Friday) found him guilty of the charges and sentenced him to three years imprisonment.

Two Chinese construction workers, who handled explosives in Karadiyanaru, located in the East of Sri Lanka is suspected to be blown off due to a mysterious explosion of the three containers full of explosives. Their blown up body parts are being recovered.
